My Health and Fitness 

I am currently in fitness class at school and I also enjoy going to the gym after school with friends. To me it is important to stay healthy and in shape so that I don't have a tough time at work with packing things or lifting things. I also love being out side and being physically active, doing fire wood and helping my dad or hunting. I also like to run and keep a good cardio, keeping my lungs in good shape. I also eat very healthy, lots of fruit and veggies and lean organic meat. I have many different excersise plans and i like to switch it up aboutt every three weeks. when its nice out i like to start my work out with a run for about 6 or 7 kilometres. this summer i hope to get to a goal of about 10 or 11 Kelometers. When I used to race bike at club mx in chesterfield, we used to have to run every night about 10k, so that we could stay a perfect weight for our bikes. we would work out every day, i remember being so sore and now i don't know if i could do the work out like i used to. i do work out about 3 times a week when i am not working but i lift more weights and more reps rather then a lot of cardio 

 After Grad Plan

After grad i want to work around home instead of going away to work in alberta. I am hopping to run heavy machinery. I want to get some experience on the big equipment and am currently thinking about taking the heavy machinery course that is offered in vernon.
